Reflection of the Day
Today Mr.Rease went over a few ACT notes on how to successfully pass the ACT. After that the class watched a couple of videos. After the videos we had to explain the video. Last we did a few of our own then turned them in for a grade. We didn’t get a chance to start on “Fences” again, but so far we are getting through it.

Chris decides to change his life around for the better
My name is Christopher. Some people call me “Big Chris”. I am 21 years old. I live with my grandma in Baton Rouge. My parents were murdered when I was 5 years old. They were killed because of racism. My mother was Chinese and my father was African American. I have two kids. Also, I’m a drug dealer.
It was the summer of 2014. I was standing on the block making plays. Drugs aren’t what I always wanted to be my job. But finding a job as a high school drop out is hard. I needed a way to make money for my kids and this was quick and easy. I want my kids to have the life I did have. And they deserve that from their father.
My grandma is a saint for taking care of me. She manages that and her full time job as a nurse. Sometimes she talks about my life away from selling drugs. That is something I want, but it’ll be hard to get out of. But it’s not impossible. So I’ll make it to that part of my life with her help. I won’t drain her she’s 65 and a bit old.
I’ll start by saving the money I make. Secondly, I’ll do some courses. After that, I’ll get a small job to play bills. But not before I make sure my past stays my past. For good! My past is to dangerous and might affect my kids future and my grandmas life. So everything you knew about me is nothing but a myth. It never happened.

Reflection of the Day
Today we created a character. We each have to make up a story based on this character and the characters information. The story has too include everything we made up and we have to add our own information to it to make it our own.
